Here it is.....our FIRST Blog Interview of Ganza fALL 2010.  It took 170 minutes to download the 3 minute video so be patient with me as I work to get these videos up for you!!!

C*A*G February 2010 Revisited!!!

Are you as pumped as we are????  It's almost here...time to start packing and planning pages.  I know my group is SUPER excited to be cropping together again at the BEST event of the year (and we are sooo fortunate that it happens twice a year!)

Steff and I thought it would be a GREAT time to re-post the videos from CAG!  For you loyal Ganza goers we hope this gets you AMPED up to crop and relax with friends.  And for all of you NEWBIES out there (and Steff says we have quite a few this time) these videos are a GREAT way to get a tiny taste of what is in store for ya!!

Remember the videos are PRETTY all over the place (our first time behind the camera) so forgive that...and know that l.fox and I WILL be back again this year for more, new, and improved videos!!  So get excited!!

Now about the videos....  do you REALIZE how lucky we are???  I hear all of the time from comments on my YouTube videos from women who say the wish they had a place like Scrapfunattic to shop and an event like CAG to attend!  I have 112 subscribers to my YouTube page and almost 10,000 views of our little videos!!  Just since January!!  It is exciting!  Our little Attic family is growing online and we love that!  The link to all of the videos (which there aren't any that haven't been posted here on the bog--just click "Videos" on the side bar to view them all) is my YouTube homepage:

Hey it's me DC!!! I have missed you guys and I am ready to get back to bloggin and scrappin with ya!! I have posted some videos I have been meaning to film for quite some time. We pj cropped this past Saturday and FINALLY had a moment to show you the AWESOME new store!! I hope you find some things you can't live without!! and REMEMBER that if you are going to GANZA and don't have time to get to the store before hand....just call the girls with product requests and they will have it at CAG for you!! FIIIINNNNAAAALLLLYYYY!!!

Are you kidding me???  Has it really taken this long for me to get this video posted???  When we filmed it the video's length was 11:02.  After getting denied the upload to youtube I realized that the maximum length for uploading videos is 10:59!!!!!!!!!!!!  What?!?!  3 seconds too long REALLY???  So with my CRaZy schedule it has taken me a MONTH to get this edited down to the correct length!  Scrapbooker-YES!!, video editor-NO!!!  Oh well, it is DONE and HERE for you now!  YIPPEEEE!!  Hopefully we will be bringing you MANY more videos in the future....the feedback on them has been TERRIFFIC and we know that you all want MORE- SWEET!  Bear with us please...hang on for a little longer....hopefully this will tide you over til we have a smidge more time to give our Blog Fans what they want---MORE VIDEOS!!  besosbesos, d.c.

Here I Am!!!

Ohhh I have missed you guys soo much!!  I am sooo sorry I have been MIA this past week (you would think with Spring Break I would have TONS of time to post, huh?!?!).  I was MONDO busy taking care of my little girlies and dealing with a few EXTENDED family things---and the next thing I knew it was byebye Spring Break and HEEELLLOOO get our booties back to school time!  Cropping unfortunately took a HUGE backseat this week to mommyhood, boohoo!  Well, I am back...ready for SPRING and ready for some reorganization and rejuvination!!! 


I am guessing you all saw the BEFORE video of my new little craft room.  Well, the process has been slow going and I haven't made much headway YET so I will be sure to be back with some footage as soon as there is some noteable progress!  Hey, do me a favor....do you have a crop space or closet?!?!  No matter what the condition:  nice and neat, messy, or a work in progress...send me a photo(s) @ dcurtis@usd357.k12.ks.us and I will post them on the blog!  You have seen Alicia's, Kathy's, and my space and now it is your turn!!!  Let's see where you work and OF COURSE we will do a drawing or two from any photo's submitted...a new little SOMETHIN for your crop space!!  Oooh that reminds me...I am working on a CITA blinkie for the blog so get your Attic blinkies/buttons put on your personal blogs cause I will be doing some drawing at the end of the week.  I will share the links with the proud blog supporters that I have gotten so far...THANKS LADIES, we truly appreciate your support.  Your love and loyality to Scrap*Funattic help to make us the BEST scrapbook store in the around!!! :)


I did go through my photos/videos this weekend and realized I hadn't posted this little clip from Krusty's bday/pj crop. 



It was a great time had by all--that is for sure!  If you haven't been to a pj crop you are missing out!!  12 hours of cropping 5pm to 5am for only $10!  Now I know some of you are saying 5AM!??!?!  But don't worry---you can leave whenever you get tired...we are all so different schedule wise (some of us need our beauty rest and others can't make it til the kiddos are in bed and go all night!!  It is NOTHING for Kate to roll in around midnight ready to get her crop on--true story!!!)  So get a few girlfriends rounded up and make it a date (for the 1st Saturday night of every month!!)  Hope to see you in a couple of weeks at our next all nighter!!!  besosbesos, dc

HEEELLLOOOOO ladies!!  How is your weekend going?  So far so good here and I just got an energizing BOOST cause Alicia just came by to lend me her EXPERTISE!  I feel pumped and ready to get started!!  Her are a couple of short clips to give you an idea of what Alicia does when she comes to consult on a space.  Keep in mind this is just STEP ONE of the process that will take several days to complete because my space is a "clean slate" at this point. 





Okay so there you have it...my space at it's finest---now you can see why Alicia's help was IMPERATIVE!!  She has given me homework and I am going to jump on it over the course of the next day or two and we will be back soon with the next phase of our process.  I can't WAIT to make the most of my new space!

Sorry if you have been feeling a little NEGLECTED the past few days, my BEAUTY-FUL blog followers.  So as a SPECIAL treat, you get TWO posts from me in ONE DAY!!!!  WHOOPEE!!  I am feeling so grateful with the AMAZING response we have received on youtube!!!!  We have over 2,100 hits so far and have only posted a handful of videos!!!  The word is getting out there....the Attic girls ROCK!!!!!  And when I say "Attic Girls" I am refering to ALL of you---not just those of us lucky enough to work here!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Did you have a {LOVELY} day??? I sure did...as I type this I am sitting in a hotel room while my husband snoozes away! See my dedication!?!? i meant to get this uploaded before we left for our little bday/vday/anniversary trip but as usual--LIFE HAPPENED and I just didn't get to it as soon as I would've liked. But I promised myself that I would get it done before I went to sleep so here I am!! I hope you LOVE your fourth video (this week is actually in 3 parts!) as much we do!!!

Alicia's Back, Back Again...Tell a Friend

Just call me Slim Shady!!!! Two days in a row I am posting this week...wooohooo! I'm telling you- not getting all of my BEAUTY sleep this weekend has REALLY taken it's toll this week. Are you all feeling the same!?! I imagine!! Our employers are going to figure out that we are less productive the week after a scrapbooking weekend and put a BAN on them!! heehehe! We'd all have to quit then, right?? Cause we are NOT giving them up. I always tell my mr. curtis that these weekends are what keep me SANE!! I HAVE to have them. He pretty much just goes with it!! I know he LOVES having all four girls to himself all weekend long! ha! So speaking of crop weekends...are you all going to Crop Camp??? Well, Alicia (one of the head honchos of that group) is back again to share with us more tips for organizing your space...however big or small...ANNNDDD helping us to pack for our next weekend crop.

I LOVE that we have soo many different getaways available to us now. Remember the days when having a few friends over on a Friday night was the ONLY way to get together! MAN how times have changed for the BETTAH!!! There is something going on almost every month now!! Sorry Heath!! :) So Enjoy Miss ADay's third vid.... Sunday Organization With Alicia!

Hey ladies!! dc here...I FIRST want to give a SHOUT OUT to the chicas that braved the weather to get to my Stitches Class! I thought it was such a good time and it was so nice to see familiar friends and meet some new scrapbooking women! I HAVE to say that this was by far the EASIEST goin' bunch of ladies I have ever worked with soooo here is a HUGE THANK YOU and some (((hugs)))) coming straight your way!!!!
