Okay - okay - okay - i know - i'm a TERRIBLE BLOGGER-errrr!!! I am so thrilled to hear the phone calls and emails inquiring how it went on Saturday morning - no excuses - you don't wanna hear em' - i know - just busy!!

Well - we had a crowd outside on Saturday morning - they were enjoying the HOT sun and Lexi (girl Friday!!!) - Kristy's daughter was our "runner" and delivered my homemade chocolate chip cookies to everyone!!! :) Congratulations to Theresa Hobson - she was our first person to be here and register on Saturday morning - so she gets to choose which charity a portion of our raffle winnings go to!!!

We did NOT sell out - we do still have 50 seats available out of 170!! So that's good! :) There is only ONE MONTH and THREE WEEKS left until the event - so if you're considering coming - you'd better be hopping on the wagon!! I have to start shopping for goodies and prizes - so i will need a head count soon!!!

We haven't received AS MUCH feedback about the goodie bags as we'd like.......do you have an opinion!?!? THIS IS YOUR CHANCE to give us feedback about what YOU'D like to see us improve on at our crops!! This is all about making this YOUR CROP!!!! So, feedback - feedback!!! scrapfunattic@cox.net or post a comment here!!!

Thanks so much to Kim Bartunek for sending us her copy of photos from our June crop*A*ganza event!!! I especially liked this one of "Don HO and his girls!" - i just couldn't call you what you were callin' yourselves...sorry! :) :) :)
Just a random picture and side note - we said goodbye to our GOOD LOOKING FED EX man on Friday too - he's moving to OKLAHOMA!!! we'll misssssssssssssss him!!!! (don't you just love how oliver is just chillin' in the photo!)
We finalized all of our CHA orders on Friday and are just waiting on our new stuff to start arriving!! CANNOT wait for the halloween and christmas papers that we ordered to get here!! I'm anxiously counting down to Maple Memories in August - when mom and i get to go and RELAX with some friends and CROP CROP CROP!!! Speaking of cropppin' - we do have a crop this friday night from 5:00- midnight if you wanna come and join us! :)

Just my opinion- goodie bags are too much work with little appreciation. People rarely look thru them and it all gets trashed, after hours of hard work. I loved the mugs too. Maybe something similar to that would work.If I think of anything, I'll email ya!

Is it just me or does Steff look supa-SKINNY in this pic?!

Yeah - Steff looks way skinny! Way to go girl. I agree - I think people don't appreciate the goodie bags BUT I loved the mug and the cute cute pink bag we got at the last CAG! And if you didn't hear it enough, the shirts from the last CAG were the best yet! Loved those too!

I really liked the mug and the tote bag was great...I don't necessarily *need* a goodie bag, but a goodie is nice. :) You've got me hooked on Vic's popcorn too, thanks! I am registered for fall, can't wait to see everyone again.

To me, the "goodie" is the bag. I loved the ones we got (at the June CAG). The stuff that came in it was nice and all, but I mostly just liked the bag itself. That being said...my husband tells me I have a bag obsession. So, for me thinking the bag is more of a treat than what's inside it is nothing new.

Anyhoo...my vote would be that whatever you ladies decide will be wonderful. June was my first CAG, and I had a great time. And I would've had a great time no matter if I received a bag, a mug, or whatever else you might think of. I can't make it in September, but I'm already looking forward to February.

I don't remember getting a mug??? We had to buy them.... the bag was great. I have way too many of them, so it would be nice to have a change. But, I have to say the bags at this event were awesome. A lot nicer than the plastic 12x12 that usually given away. You guys did great. As far as what's in them, usually it seems like it's just a bunch of advertisements and coupons from the vendors, not much goodies.
