Happy FRIDAY!!! Just wanted to take a minute to "blog" and vent a little!! This is the safest place to do that!! We've had a couple of "special situations" over the last couple of weeks, and I don't really "want" to go into that with all of you (WAY TOO MUCH DRAMMMMMAA!).....but I think sometimes the preconceived notion that owning your own business is "AWESOME"....it's NOT!!! There are moments, and yes, it's very liberating, but at the same time, there are some DIFFICULT people that come with that!! So, without digging up all of that "high school" drama, just know that those of you out there that believe in US and share our dream, passion and love of this wonderful hobby.....WE LOVE YOU!!! Thank you for standing by us, and for supporting us!!!
While it's difficult owning your own business, it's also very rewarding as well!! We have met some WONDERFUL women, who have and will continue to change our lives!! We have some WONDERFUL women that work for us here at the store, whom we also now consider family!! We have some fabulous instructors who we call friends, and we value them as well!!! So, I just wanted to take a minute to share that with all of you!!!
Here's an email that we received this morning from a friend, thought you would enjoy it!!!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!!!
Eleven people were hanging on a rope under a helicopter, ten men and one woman. The rope was not strong enough to carry them all, so they decided that one had to leave, because otherwise they were all going to fall. They weren't able to name that person, until the woman gave a very touching speech. She said that she would voluntarily let go of the rope, because, as a woman, she was used to giving up everything for her husband and kids or for men in general, and was used to always making sacrifices with little in return. As soon as she finished her speech, all the men started clapping.

I am sure I am speaking for alot of ladies that "WE LOVE YOU ALL" all the Attic owners, employees and instructors. My life has changed in the last year due to the support and love that comes from that store and everytime I come thru the door I feel like I am at a friends house. And to me thats pretty damn special if I walk into a store and feel at ease like I am at home and can take kiddos in then to me thats ONE HAPPY place!!
